………………………...Panikeke,...................................................


It tasted like a banana cake that was light brown on the outside and white and black on the inside and it was so good.

……………...How I think the panikeke was made………….


I think it had bananas with some sugar and maybe some baking soda with dough.

    Hi Kay-Brieanna, You gave a good discription of the ingredients that may be in a Panikeke.
    I know I really enjoy eating them and when we go to the Avondale markets we nearly always buy a bag to enjoy there. Maybe you could try making some at home.
